Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cologne and fragrance products are final sale and cannot be returned once opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
